This report entails the market validation, business planning and strategic planning for a full scale cable wake boarding park. Euphoria Wake Park has a vision to be open the first cable park in New Zealand. At this stage of the business, Auckland has been researched and the company is looking into moving into the resource consent process.
While researching the potential for the cable park, it was found that although there it is very viable for Euphoria Wake Park to start in Auckland, the current stakeholders do not have the sufficient capital to do so. In order for this business to proceed, the current stakeholders of Euphoria Wake Park must work toward confirming resource consent and gaining external capital from investors.
