The purpose of this thesis is to realize how employee¡¦s salaries and benefits affect business performance.
The salaries and benefits are very important issue to labor relation. We try to build three models to study how employee¡¦s salaries and benefits (including salaries, bonus with cash, bonus with stock, pension fund) affect business performance (including sales growth rate, gross growth, productivity)
We found that : (1)bonues with cash, bonus with stock¡Asalsries are positive effect in productivity.(2)salsries and benifits affect financial performance is not signature.
The endeavor and results of this thesis will be a useful reference to business to combine the salaries and performance.
