Možnosti měření organizační kultury / Possibilities of Organizational Culture Quantification

This thesis discusses the organizational culture of Teledin s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to explanation of terms related to organizational culture and current findings in the measurement of organizational culture, and possible approaches to its measurement. Practical part based on the methodology analyzes and assesses the corporate culture of the selected company.
