It helps to orientate in problem of choosing suitable equipment,its uses,keeping and it can bring near the newest trend in this area. It contains instruction for adoption basic practice and ways of moving in alpine world. To this transaction there is no need to use any special belaying pracitce.It shows how to orient in terrain with navigation assets, how to check off the risk of injuries-with the sudden weather reversion. And how to cope with first aid.
