Business risk is the level of exposure to uncertainties that the enterprise must understand and effectively manage as it executes its strategies to achieve its business objectives and create value. This master’s final work formulates problems of investment projects’ risk management. It analyzes and systemizes theoretical and practical aspects into methods of investment projects’ risk management, highlighting its advantages and disadvantages, describes the main types of risks, which are met in process of investment work, offers integrated risk management model as the one of available strategies of risk management as well. There was performed the research, where is analysed whether companies identifies risk as an phenomenon in their investment work, what risks are met and what is the companies’ opinion about risk managemenet. The authors hypothesis was confirmed, that almost the all companies’ risk management strategies are in initial stage.
