Kiekvienos įmonės veiklą sudaro daugybė ūkinių faktų, darančių tam tikrą poveikį įmonės turtui, nuosavam kapitalui, įsipareigojimams ar veiklos rezultatams. Kiekvienas ūkinis faktas, susijęs su turto ar įsipareigojimų pasikeitimu, turi būti ne tik tiksliai įkainotas, bet ir įrašytas į tinkamai parinktą sąskaitą. Netinkamai nustatytos sąskaitų korespondencijos neįmanoma aptikti neišnagrinėjus atitinkamų pirminių apskaitos dokumentų. Dėl klaidų duomenys gali būti labai iškraipyti. O neteisingus sprendimus gali priimti ne tik investuotojai, kredito institucijos, kiti verslo partneriai, bet ir įmonės valdytojai. Taigi įmonės buhalteriai turi tiksliai žinoti kiekvienos sąskaitos objektą ir tai pačiai sąskaitų grupei priklausančių sąskaitų skirtumus. / While restructuring financial accounting in accordance to International Accounting Standards requirements was confirmed the order of expenditure and income accounting recognition. But some points of the order are discrepant or hardly implemented in the practice. So in this paper the subject of research is expenditure and income. Incomes – the economics benefit increase through period under review incomes or assets increase form or decrease debts, trough increase property. Incomes have to be acknowledge, registrate and present in the accounting, when commodity sold, or total incomes can be reliable estimate. The trade book-keepers want to know parts of incomes. For that incomes have to be accumulated by the kinds. For that we use 5 class synthetic accountants. Expenditure – the reduction of economic benefits as a result of consumption, sale, loss or reduction in value of assets or assumption of liabilities during the reporting period resulting in the reduction of equity, other than its direct reduction. Costs are recognized on accrual and comparison basis in the reporting period during which the related income is earned, regardless of the time of spending the money. Recognized as costs is only that part of expenses of the previous and reporting periods, which is related with income earned during the reporting period.
