Previous issue date: 2006-11-08 / The purpose of this essay was to evaluate differences between the students
according to the competence related to the solving of Mathematics tasks. The
subjects investigated were students from the 5th grade. The research had a
diagnosis basis and was based on the Differentiated Pedagogy theory from
Philippe Perrenoud. According to this theory, in order to the student live the
learning situations in a fecund way it is necessary to develop a differentiated
teaching. The development of the research was performed by means of a
bibliographic study of dissertations and thesis from two universities in the city of
São Paulo, elaboration and application of an inquiry and of three investigative
activities, one of them being the solving of a problem. The study showed
differences between the competences of the students and enabled concept
changes from the researcher related to the task evaluation of the students / O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar diferenças entre os alunos no que
tange à competência relativamente à resolução de tarefas de matemática. Os
sujeitos investigados foram alunos do primeiro ano do ciclo II do ensino
fundamental. A pesquisa tece cunho diagnóstico e referenciou-se na teoria da
Pedagogia Diferenciada de Philippe Perrenoud. Nesta teoria, para que o aluno
possa vivenciar situações de aprendizagem de modo fecundo é necessário
desenvolver um ensino diferenciado. O desenvolvimento da pesquisa deu-se por
meio de levantamento bibliográfico de dissertações e teses de duas universidades
da cidade de São Paulo, elaboração e aplicação de um questionário e de três
atividades investigativas, sendo uma delas resolução de um problema. O estudo
revelou diferenças entre as competências dos alunos e possibilitou mudanças de
concepções da pesquisadora relativas à avaliação de tarefas dos alunos
