My diploma thesis aims at legislation changes within pension scheme and employee benefits. The focus of my work is a detailed analysis of the present pension reform and consequently its effects on the attitude of companies. This matter is then analyzed based on my own practical research. At the same time my diploma thesis continues my bachelor's thesis dealing in detail the matter of Comparison of Motivation Efficiency of Pension Scheme and Life Insurance by Individual Providers.
