The paper is dedicated to the comprehensive analysis of Chinese migration policy in the context of China's modernization process. The author reveals the key factors of the «new» Chinese migration’s formation and development and also passes in review the fundamental objectives of China's migration policy and its role in solving the pressing issues of economic policy. / Работа посвящена комплексному анализу развития миграционной политики Китая в контексте процессов модернизации страны. Автор выявляет ключевые факторы формирования и развития «новой» китайской миграции, а также рассматривает основные направления миграционной политики КНР и ее роли в решении актуальных вопросов экономической политики страны.
