The main aim of the thesis is to develop appropriate strategy for further development of a concrete company. Basic terminology, approaches for creating strategy, implements and techniques used for implementation are introduced in the introductory part. Furthermore, description of business strategic management includes the strategic analysis as well as implementation and control of the strategy. In the practical part the chosen company is introduced. External, internal and the business environment itself with its internal resources is analyzed by using methods such as PESTE analysis, Porter´s model of 5 powers, marketing mix, 7S model and model of industry life cycle. Remaining subchapters are engaged in the strategy formulation (using the methods IFE, EFE matrix, SPACE analysis and SWOT analysis) also in the specific implementation and the strategy controlling. The thesis is concluded with discussion and suggestions for the mentioned company.
