Konkurenční strategie firmy / Corporate Competitive Strategy

This thesis deals with the formation of competitive strategies for the company involved in services. The aim is to propose a competitive strategy of chosen company with regard to the current state of internal environment in relation to the external environment. Based on these objectives and competitive advantages will also propose time implementation of the strategy created.
