Title: Comparison of the results of the annual examination of professional soldiers in years 2008-2015. Aim: The aim of the thesis is to describe the grades of the annual examination of physical training of professional soldiers (VZP) in 2008-2015 before and after the introduction of a new system of physical performance evaluation. The monitored group consists of soldiers and soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic (ACR), who are subordinate to the Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Republic Army. The secondary aim of the thesis is a longitudinal comparison of the individual performances in the annual testing tests in the years 2011 to 2015 in the 43th Airborne Battalion. We will find out the results of VZP in the period we have determined, focusing on age categories. Methods: This is a quantitative study. A comparison of the percentages of individual marks over the years is performed using the Pearson chi- square test. Due to the size of the research population, the statistical comparison is performed on a random sample from the research sample (N = 500 test subjects).
