El mercado del pisco peruano en la actualidad se encuentra posicionado con tendencia a seguir creciendo según respaldo de entidades del estado que facilitan su difusión y promoción.
El desarrollo del proyecto tiene como finalidad lanzar al mercado peruano un producto nuevo, Pisco Premium “Alma Fuerte” en sus cuatro variedades Pisco Puro Quebranta, Pisco Puro Italia, Pisco Acholado y Pisto Mosto Verde, elaborado en el valle de San Antonio-Cañete.
Alma Fuerte es un pisco ecológico, en cuya elaboración sólo participan insumos libres de pesticidas, pensando en la salud del cliente y el impacto en el medio ambiente. Además, a través de la alianza que tenemos con los agricultores de la zona, generando valor para ellos, facilitará llevar al máximo el potencial del proyecto.
Pisco Alma Fuerte se diferencia por ser un producto con características estéticas en su botella, tapas con cierre swing top y por sus etiquetas que permiten tener una relación directa entre el cliente y los agricultores a través del QR.
El presente modelo de negocio presenta una viabilidad económica positiva del proyecto con un TIR del 118% y un VANE de S/ 558,261. El proyecto cuenta con cinco socios con una participación del 20% cada uno correspondiente a la inversión aportada.
