FIND YOUR SUPPLIER es una plataforma digital que brinda servicios especializados a condominios y empresas. El presente proyecto nace para responder a una necesidad no cubierta actualmente la cual es soluciones inmediatas con la garantía, calidad y seguridad que los clientes buscan. Nuestro Core-Business consiste en cubrir la demanda actual del rubro de servicios generales, esto se logrará con una buena selección de proveedores los cuales brindaran el soporte y solución necesarios para nuestros clientes.
El método de cobro de los servicios como por la membresía y solución del problema será pagado directamente a nuestra empresa, a su vez la empresa se encargará del pago a los proveedores, esto para brindar seguridad a nuestros clientes y proveedores.
Observando la tendencia que tiene Perú en los últimos años en el tema de construcción la cual actualmente son más verticales que horizontales es positivo para nuestra idea de negocio ya que son clientes potenciales para nuestra empresa.
Para llevar a cabo este proyecto se debe realizar una inversión inicial de S/. 349,492 nuevos soles. Dicha inversión está distribuida de la siguiente manera, 3% de activo fijo, 5% de gastos preoperativos y 92% de capital de trabajo. Ademas, los socios aportaran el 50% y el saldo se cubrirá con un préstamo.
Del análisis financiero realizado, se obtuvo un VPN FCLD de S/. 416,513.67 y un VPN FCNI S/. 68,969.6, mientras que los valores de la TIR FCLD y TIR FCNI alcanzaron el 50.35% y 79.18% bajo un WACC de 9.252% y un COK de 11.98%.
Estos indicadores de rentabilidad nos hacen apreciar de manera concisa la rentabilidad y viabilidad del proyecto. Las primeras ganancias de la empresa se generarán a partir del segundo año. Estas ganancias ascenderán a S/. 67,022 e irán incrementándose años tras año debido al potencial de mercado existente. La inversión será recuperada en el segundo año de operaciones, a partir de ese momento la empresa habrá cubierto las inversiones. / FIND YOUR SUPPLIER is a digital platform that offers specialized services in condominiums and companies. To carry out this project we will have to make the initial investment of S /. 349,492 nuevos soles. This investment is distributed as follows: 3% of Fixed Assets, 5% of PRE-OPERATIVE Expenses and 92% of Working Capital. From this initial investment the partners will contribute 50% and the balance will be covered with a 50% loan.
From the financial analysis performed, an FCLD VPN of S /. 416513.67 and a FCNI VPN S /. 68,969.6, while the values of the TIR FCLD and TIR FCNI reached 50.35% and 79.18% under a WACC of 9.252% and a COK of 11.98%.
These profitability indicators make us appreciate in a concise way the profitability and viability of the project. The first profits of FIND YOUR SUPPLIER will be generated from the second year. These gains will amount to S /. 67,022 and will increase year after year due to the existing market potential.
