Previous issue date: 2017-08-18 / This research has as main objective to verify, from a qualitative and interpretative analysis, the execution of the proposal for language knowledge proposed by the National Curricular Parameters (BRAZIL, 1998) in the collection of textbooks Português: Linguagens (2015), of authors William Roberto Cereja and Thereza Anália Cochar Magalhães. I wanted to observe how the practice of “linguistic analysis” for the contents 'Linguistic Variation', 'Lexico' and 'Spelling' is covered in the analyzed collection, and realize if the selected activities contribute to the reflective use of the language. Then I have go about proceeding to the analysis of selected activities of the four textbooks. They constitute the corpus of the research. I realized by analysis of the data that the authors still emphasize with great intensity the metalanguage which requires knowledge of totally normative nature of the student. Therefore, I concluded that even after nearly two decades of the launch of the collection in 1998, and even though it passed by successive re-editions, being the latest in 2015, it has not yet occurred a significant adjustment to the proposal from the PCN of Portuguese Language for the checked contents. / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal verificar, a partir de uma análise qualitativa e interpretativista, a execução da proposta para os conhecimentos linguísticos apresentada pelos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (BRASIL, 1998) na coleção de livros didáticos de Língua Portuguesa Português: Linguagens (2015), dos autores William Roberto Cereja e Thereza Anália Cochar Magalhães. A fim de observar como a prática de análise linguística para os conteúdos „Variação Linguística‟, „Léxico‟ e „Ortografia‟ é abordada na coleção analisada, e concluir se as atividades dos conteúdos selecionados contribuem para o uso reflexivo da língua, procedi à análise de atividades selecionadas dos quatro volumes da obra e que constituíram o corpus da pesquisa. Pela análise dos dados, percebi que esses autores ainda privilegiam, com bastante intensidade, a metalinguagem, exigindo do aluno conhecimentos de caráter puramente normativo. Portanto, a conclusão é de que, mesmo após quase duas décadas do lançamento da 1a edição da coleção, em 1998, e mesmo tendo ela passado por sucessivas reedições, sendo a mais recente a de 2015, ainda não ocorreu uma adequação significativa em relação à proposta emanada dos PCN de Língua Portuguesa para os conteúdos verificados.
