La propuesta de negocio “ropa deportiva a base de tela de fibra de bambú” nace por razones de crecimiento de este sector y por la información obtenida sobre este material. Se iniciará con prendas deportivas en base a fibras de bambú, el cual es importante para el cuidado del medio ambiente y la responsabilidad social. Asimismo, la introducción y adaptación será trabajosa por tratarse de un producto nuevo en el mercado, por lo que se utilizará oportunidades y estrategias que logren una inserción total del producto en un lapso no mayor de 2 años. Al analizar el mercado, la empresa desarrollo un perfil de consumidores potenciales, el público objetivo está caracterizado por hombres y mujeres que realicen ejercicios físicos, es decir, se dirigirá a personas que realicen algún deporte y lleven un estilo de vida saludable. La distribución de los productos será de manera directa al consumidor final, es decir contará con un local donde se venderán las prendas deportivas, adicional a esto contarán con una página web el cual será usado como un medio informativo de las tallas, colores y modelos. / The business proposal "sportswear based on bamboo fiber cloth" was born due to the growth of this sector and the information obtained about this material.
