Previous issue date: 2016-06-30 / CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This thesis aims to analyze the situation in which is the cultural heritage of the boa-vistenses.
Through national laws such as the Magna Letter of 1988 and Decree-Law No. 25/37, we
reach to the regional laws that promote the safeguarding of heritage in Boa Vista/RR. State
and municipal overturning representing this heritage served as the basis for informal
conversations that gave an overview of what it represents for the population, beyond the
vision of many of the agencies that are responsible for the maintenance and preservation of
cultural heritage in Boa Vista. It is notable that the matter is still not treated in the state, but
from 2014 are noticeable events for the dissemination of research in the area and bring greater
visibility to this heritage through reform attempts and restoration / Esta dissertação tem por objetivo analisar a conjuntura em que se encontra o patrimônio
cultural boa-vistense. Através de leis nacionais como a Carta Magna de 1988 e o Decreto-lei
Nº 25/37, chegamos às leis regionais que promovem a salvaguarda do patrimônio em Boa
Vista/RR. Os tombamentos estaduais e municipais que representam esse patrimônio serviram
de base para conversas informais que deram uma visão geral do que ele representa para a
população, além da visão de vários dos órgãos que são responsáveis para a manutenção e
preservação do patrimônio cultural em Boa Vista. É notável que o assunto seja pouco quisto
no Estado, mas a partir de 2014 notam-se eventos para a divulgação de pesquisas na área e
traz uma visibilidade maior para esse patrimônio, por meio de tentativas de reformas e
restauração.
