The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a new company providing double-entry accounting and tax records for the Vietnamese community operating in the South Moravian Region. The theoretical part contains the theoretical basis of the thesis, explains the basic concepts and tools of business analysis. In the analytical part will be carried out market analysis and a questionnaire survey. In the design section, it will focus on the preparation of a concrete business plan.
