Previous issue date: 2016-03-10 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior (CAPES) / Este trabalho apresenta, discute e analisa como se constituem e de que forma se articulam os saberes docentes de um professor de m?sica atuante no projeto social SESC Cidad?o. Para alcan?ar tal objetivo foi realizada uma pesquisa que teve os seguintes objetivos espec?ficos: verificar aspectos gerais acerca da forma??o cultural-profissional do professor atuante no SESC Cidad?o; compreender de que forma os saberes adquiridos na forma??o ?formal? do professor t?m subsidiado sua a??o pedag?gica no projeto social; identificar e analisar quais os saberes profissionais que alicer?am a atua??o desse professor no ?mbito do projeto SESC Cidad?o. O referencial te?rico do trabalho est? fundamentado nos estudos sobre saberes docentes propostos por Tardif (2014) e outros estudos da ?rea de educa??o e educa??o musical que abordaram tal tem?tica. A metodologia utilizada foi o estudo de caso tendo como principais instrumentos de coleta de dados observa??o direta, entrevistas semiestruturadas, pesquisa documental e estudos bibliogr?ficos. Os dados foram organizados e analisados qualitativamente com ajuda do software Atlas.ti. Os resultados demonstram que os saberes docentes do professor de m?sica se constitu?ram ao longo de sua trajet?ria educativo-musical, tanto por meio de experi?ncias pr?- profissionais vividas como ex-aluno de projeto social quanto atrav?s de experi?ncias profissionais como professor de m?sica do conservat?rio e do projeto SESC Cidad?o. Al?m disso, comp?e seu leque de saberes sua trajet?ria formativa, estabelecida principalmente no curso de licenciatura em m?sica e de especializa??o em musicoterapia. Seus saberes docentes se articulam na pr?tica de diversas formas, desde o modo como lida com as crian?as, adolescentes e jovens do projeto social, at? as escolhas de como conduzir seu trabalho nas atividades de m?sica / This work presents, discusses and analyzes how the teaching knowledge of a music teacher, working in a social project called SESC Cidad?o, is formed and articulated. To achieve this goal a survey was conducted with the following specific objectives: determine general aspects about the cultural and professional training of the active teacher at SESC Cidad?o; understand how the knowledge acquired in the "formal" training of the teacher has subsidized his pedagogical action in the social project; identify and analyze the professional knowledge that sustain the work of this teacher in the SESC Cidad?o project. The theoretical referential is based on studies of teaching knowledge proposed by Tardif (2014) and other studies in the field of Education and Musical Education addressed to this theme. At the investigation was used the case study methodology with the main data collection instruments consisting of direct observation, semi-structured interviews, document research and bibliographical studies. The data were organized and analyzed qualitatively with the help of Atlas.ti software. The results show that the teaching knowledge of the music teacher was constituted throughout his educational and musical experience, as a participant of social projects, and through professional experience as music teacher of the conservatory and SESC Cidad?o project. Moreover, compose his range of knowledge a degree course in Music and a specialization course in Music Therapy. His teaching knowledge is articulated in different ways considering, the way he deals with children, adolescents and young people from the social project, to the choices of how to conduct his work in music activities.
