The diploma thesis focuses on the practical use of project management methods and tools in a selected company. The introductory part of this work describes the theoretical knowledge of the issue, which includes the pre-project, project and post-project phases. Following is the analysis of the current state, which explains the emergence of the project and its implementation in the company. In conclusion, based on these outputs and specifics, the project solution itself is emergenced.
