Pesquisas nessa área buscam entender a relação desse fenômeno no processo saúde-doença na vida das pessoas, tornando-se tema recorrente nos últimos anos no campo da saúde mental. Sendo este um tema vasto complexo, o presente trabalho objetivou explorar, ainda que preliminarmente, algumas das repercussões do ambiente religioso protestante pentecostal e neopentecostal na formação das primeiras crises do tipo psicótica. Esta pesquisa foi realizada a partir do estudo de casos com pessoas em crise psíquica grave que estiveram em acompanhamento terapêutico pelo período mínimo de seis meses, realizadas no GIPSI (Grupo de Intervenção Precoce nas Primeiras Crises do tipo Psicótica) da Universidade de Brasília. Com uma multiabordagem onde estiveram presentes as vertentes clínica, fenomenológica e psicodinâmica, trata-se de uma abordagem qualitativa do tipo exploratório e descritivo. Dentre os vários instrumentos de levantamento dos dados utilizados, destacamos o genograma e o ecomapa espiritual que proporcionaram uma ampla visão das relações religiosas e espirituais dos pacientes no decorrer da vida até a constituição da crise. Observouse, primordialmente, que os aspectos do início da relação mãe-bebê e os aspectos ambientais e relacionais junto com o fator religioso contribuíram de forma significativa para o processo de eclosão de crises psíquicas graves. Foi observada também a dimensão da relação familiar no processo de busca de um pai idealizado. Estudar o sujeito com sofrimento psíquico grave do tipo psicótico, no âmbito do seu contexto religioso, reforçou a constatação da influência das doutrinas e ensinamentos religiosos no processo de adoecimento psíquico-emocional, em destaque o fator de interdição e culpa no que se refere aos impulsos sexuais e agressivos no ambiente religioso. A diferenciação entre os aspectos e características de uma crise psicótica e uma experiência religiosa mística foram fatores de reflexão. Por último, foi constatada a falha no processo diagnóstico da psicose e a importância da intervenção precoce na compreensão do sofrimento psíquico grave, antes de ser necessariamente um processo de adoecimento psicótico. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The spiritual and religious dimensions are considered to be essential factors in the psychic constitution and they act with complexity in structuring the human experience. Researches in this field seek to understand the relation of this phenomenon to the health-disease process in people's lives, having become a recurring theme in recent years in the field of mental health. Since this is a vast and complex topic, this study narrowed down to exploring the impact of the neo- Pentecostal and Pentecostal Protestant religious environment in the formation of the first kind of psychotic crises. This survey was conducted from the study of cases where three patients presented serious psychological distress. The patients were in the therapeutic monitoring period of at least six months, carried out in GIPSI - Group of Early Intervention in the First Few Crises of the Psychotic Type - The University of Brasília. With a broad approach where the strands present were clinical, phenomenological, and psychodynamic, this is an exploratory and descriptive study of qualitative approach. Among the various instruments used for data collection, we emphasize the spiritual genogram and eco-map that provided a broad overview of the religious and spiritual relationships throughout the patients’ lives up until the constitution of the crises. The environmental and hereditary aspects were observed, and it was found that the religious factor has contributed significantly to the process of triggering the crisis. The dimension family relation was also observed in a process in which an idealized father sought help. Studying the subject who presented severe psychic crisis of the psychotic type in the reality of the subject’s religious context has reinforced the confirmation of the influence that doctrines and religious teachings have in the process of evolving psycho-emotional illnesses, with special attention to the factor of prohibition and guilt about anything that involves sexual and aggressive impulses in the religious environment. The differentiation between the aspects and characteristics of a psychotic crisis and a mystical religious experience were factors of reflection. At last, it was found that the diagnosis process of the psychosis failed and that it is of utmost importance that there is an early intervention in understanding the severe psychic crisis, before it necessarily becomes a process of evolving into a psychotic illness.
