ANALÝZA SYSTÉMU ŘÍZENÍ NÁKUPU U VYBRANÉHO SUBJEKTU / ANALYSIS OF MANAGEMENT OF MERCHANDISING SYSTEM BY A CHOSEN BUSINESS UNIT

The main intention of this graduation thesis was the analysis of the management system of purchasing activities in company Hornbach with the main scope to analyse the standard purchasing process, methods of selection procedure of new suppliers, methods of evaluation of supplier performance, stock management and business partner communication with the attempt to find out the most critical points of the merchandising system and defining the most appropriate ways of its optimalization.
