Using an analogue of Makanin-Razborov diagrams, we give an effective description of the solution set of systems of equations over a partially commutative group (right-angled Artin group) G. Equivalently, we give a parametrisation of the set Hom(H,G) of all homomorphisms from a finitely generated group H to G. / Utilisant une analogue des diagrammes de Makanin-Razborov, nous donnonsde manière algorithmique une description de l'ensemble des solutions de systèmesd'équations dans un groupe partiellement commutatif (ou un groupe d'Artin à angledroit) G. De manière équivalente, nous donnons une paramétrisation de l'ensambleHom(H,G) des homomorphisms d'un groupe de génération finie H à G.
