We define derived categories over arbitrary abelian categories and then study the particular case of the bounded derived category of coherent sheaves over a smooth projective curve. / On définit d'abord la catégorie dérivée d'une catégorie abélienne quelconque et ensuite on étudie le cas particulier de la catégorie dérivée bornée des faisceaux cohérents sur une courbe projective non-singulière.
