This master´s thesis analyzes problems connected with an evaluation system of employees at the elementary school in Blansko. The theoretical part focus on summary of basic terms related to methods of employee evaluation and remuneration.The practical part analyzes the current situation. In the last part there are suggestions and recommendations that will improve the system of evaluation and remuneration.
