Previous issue date: 2017-03-23 / O objetivo desta pesquisa ? construir prot?tipos de alta fidelidade para a ferramenta de divulga??o dos bens descartados na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte ? UFRN. Um estudo anterior apontou que uma abordagem realizada sem a integra??o com o Sistema Integrado de Patrim?nio, Administra??o e Contratos ?SIPAC da UFRN n?o permitia que os usu?rios realizassem buscas pelos bens desejados. Para o desenvolvimento do projeto, foi adotado o design colaborativo, dividido em quatro fases: descoberta, defini??o, desenvolvimento e entrega. Al?m disso, foram aplicados os modelos de colabora??o hier?rquico, aberto, fechado e horizontal, de acordo com o n?vel de envolvimento dos participantes em cada fase. A colabora??o permitiu que os envolvidos no desenvolvimento dos prot?tipos contribu?ssem com suas experi?ncias e auxiliassem na defini??o das solu??es adotadas em cada fase. Para entender o problema e realizar o levantamento dos requisitos, que permitiu a constru??o de um fluxograma usado para nortear o desenvolvimento dos prot?tipos de baixa e alta fidelidade, utilizou-se a ferramenta de entrevista. Esta pesquisa faz parte do processo de desenvolvimento de um software personalizado para a UFRN com foco na constru??o dos prot?tipos de alta fidelidade. A aplica??o deste software trar? um ganho nas ?reas financeira, social e ecol?gica da Institui??o: o benef?cio financeiro decorre da diminui??o da quantidade de bens definitivamente descartados; o benef?cio social ? consequ?ncia da intera??o entre os envolvidos na publica??o do an?ncio do bem e os interessados em adquiri-lo, bem como os respons?veis pelo manuseio dos bens descartados que, com a diminui??o do volume de descartes, poder?o se dedicar a outras atividades importantes na Institui??o; e, por fim, o benef?cio ecol?gico acontece com a diminui??o de lixo gerado. / The main goal of this research is to build high fidelity prototypes for a tool that will allow the publicization and later reuse of the goods discarded at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte ? UFRN. A previous study pointed out that an approach that is not integrated with UFRN's Integrated System of Patrimony, Administration, and Contracts ? SIPAC did not allow users to search for the desired goods. For the development of the project, we used the collaborative design approach, which was divided into four phases: discovery, definition, development and delivery. In addition, hierarchical, open, closed and flat collaboration models were applied according to the participants' level of involvement in each phase. The collaboration allowed those involved in the development of the prototypes to contribute with their experiences and help in defining the solutions adopted at each stage. In order to understand the problem and to carry out the requirements survey, which allowed the construction of a flowchart used to guide the development of low and high fidelity prototypes, the interview tool was used. This research is part of the process of developing a customized software for UFRN and focuses on the development of high fidelity prototypes. The use of this software will bring gains in the financial, social and ecological areas of the Institution: the financial benefit arises from the reduction of the number of goods that are conclusively discarded; the social benefit is a consequence of the interaction between those involved in the advertisement of the discarded good and those interested in acquiring it, as well as those responsible for handling the discarded goods that, by reducing the volume of discards, will be able to perform other important activities in the Institution; and, finally, the ecological benefit happens with the decrease of the amount of waste created.
