This thesis solves the safety machinery. Here are listed and explained the most important concepts in the field of the safety machinery defined by standards ČSN EN 61508 and ČSN EN ISO 12100. Methods of risk assessment and risk reduction at the tolerated limit are also included. The practical part includes risk analysis and the design and implementation of security features specified lathe.
