Master´s thesis describes the process of project management in case of project of realization marketing launch of JOBST® brand in the medical field. The first part deals with the basics of project management, risk analysis, risk management and marketing. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the company and market of medical products. The third part includes the project for the launch of JOBST® brand to the market and its support of risk management.
