The implementation of restorative justice in the sentencing of young offenders in the Northern Cape

The study also explores the knowledge of the magistrates, prosecutors and probation officers about the implementation of restorative justice in the sentencing of young offenders. Lastly, it strives to investigate to what extent judicial officials and probation officers are implementing restorative justive in their sentencing practices.
