This study aimed to explore the available after-school programmes and activities for Grade 7 learners living in Hanover Park. Furthermore, it assessed whether learners are aware of these available after-school programmes and activities and what hinders their participation.A qualitative research design was used for this study. Semi-structured interviews with key respondents were held to determine the available after-school programmes and activities in Hanover Park.
