(in English) The following master dissertation deals with the issue of integration of homeless people to the labour market. People who live on the streets gradually lose their working habits, social contacts and motivation to change their situation. The main objective of this dissertation is to map the homeless people's chances of integration to the labour market and the way to try to bring them back to the ordinary life. Their possible integration depends on many aspects, therefore this dissertation considers a huge amount of motivation of the subjects asked and obstacles, which interfere in finding a job. First part of the dissertation is made of a theory with an emphasis on a high rate of desocialization of homeless people and the possible difficulties within searching for a job. It also focuses on considerable types of help and support whilst finding an employment for those people. That should come from different subjects - the government side and so from private organizations. The theoretical part is ending with a chapter describing four private organizations which focus on helping people, such as trying to find them a job.
