Strategie rozvoje malého podniku / Development Strategy of Small Company

Master’s thesis is focused on development strategy of small company which offer outdoor and sports clothing and equipment. This thesis includes the formulation of theoretical knowledge and assessment of the current condition of the company by analyzing the external and internal environment. The work includes suggestions in the sphere of marketing, finance and human resources. In the end of work there is proposed a development strategy, including a timetable of implementation.
