The object of this diploma thesis is the compilation of marketing plan and it´s strategy for the Job Air Technic a.s. company. The theoretical part presents the basic information about marketing and marketing planning. Next follows the characteristics of the company and elaboration of marketing plan and it´s strategy for a real use.
