This thesis is focused on detailed analysis and evaluation of current marketing strategy of the company Camp Counselors and Work Experience USA s.r.o. On the basis of results of constituent marketing and financial indexes and overall evaluation of situation of this firm is processed a proposal for a new marketing strategy of this firm for the next period to increase competitive position on the market and then improve economic situation of the firm.
