Diploma thesis concerns creation of business plan for foundation of a firm which is specialized on selling toys for children via internet shop. Business plan is based on basic strategic analyzes and also on primary research of data collected through questionnaires. The part of thesis describes concrete business plan including financial plan and schedule of plan realization.
