Previous issue date: 2014 / Neste estudo se realiza uma análise das atividades desenvolvidas pelas Comissões Intersetoriais de Saúde do Trabalhador estaduais e nacional, com vistas à melhoria das condições de trabalho e saúde dos trabalhadores, particularmente no que se refere à sua contribuição para a implementação de ações de Vigilância em Saúde do Trabalhador. Além disso, o estudo vai ao encontro de uma carência de conhecimento sistematizado sobre a efetividade das ações dessas instâncias do controle social da Saúde do Trabalhador. Para tanto, identificaram-se as Comissões Intersetoriais de Saúde do Trabalhador constituídas e formalizadas e o perfil dos representantes de instituições públicas e de organizações da sociedade civil organizada que fazem parte dessas comissões. Realizou-se também um levantamento dos temas discutidos nas reuniões registradas nas suas atas, a fim de coletar informações sobre as questões abordadas, as propostas acertadas e os encaminhamentos realizados. / This study performs an analysis of the activities performed by the Intersectoral Committees of Health state and national worker, with a view to improving the working conditions and health of workers, particularly with regard to its contribution to the implementation of the Surveillance in Occupational Health. Furthermore, the study meets a lack of systematic knowledge about the effectiveness of the actions of these instances of this instance of social control Occupational Health. To do so, we identified the Intersectoral Committees constituted Occupational Health and formalized and the profile of the representatives of public institutions and civil society organizations that are part of these commissions organizations. Also conducted a survey of the topics discussed in the meetings recorded in its minutes, in order to gather information on the issues discussed, the proposed match and referrals made. (AU)^ien
