This diploma thesis is focused on the management of a construction order in a construction company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the process of preparation and implementation of a construction order and the processing of production preparation documentation. The theoretical part of this work describes the basic concepts related to construction and project management. The following practical part already deals with supplier preparation and also safety and health protection at work for the selected order.
