Analýza a návrh změn systému hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků ve společnosti AGROFARM a. s. / Analysis and Proposal for Changes of System Design Evaluation and Remuneration in AGROFARM Ltd.

This master’s thesis focuses on analysis of the current system for employee evaluation and remuneration at AGROFARM a.s. The theoretical part provides a summary of basic terms related to methods of employee evaluation and remuneration. The practical part constitutes of an analysis of the current situation in the company, and of a research performed based on a questionnaire survey. The final part contains suggestions for improvement of the current evaluation and remuneration system.
