An Evaluation of the Public Relations Functions and Training of Non-Professional Staffs of Texas Independent School Districts

The problem involved in this study is an investigation of (1) the part played by the non-professional staff of a school in the development of a favorable public relations program, and (2) the needed training and qualifications for effective performance of the duties of non-professional personnel in this important phase of the public school program.
