The goal of the diploma work is not only to describe, but also to judge the business strategy of chosen retail sales network undertaking in specific line of second hand goods.The theoretical part deals with the retail - its basic classificationand functional types of retail sales. The practical part is opened with the introduction of chosen retail sales network called Genesis - Shop, s.r.o. You will be given the reason, why I had chosen this commercial name and why it is so different.
