I was also inspired by my profession - a teacher, when I felt how important it is to understand people, their behavior and experience, and how often we are wrong and how a lack of knowledge about people can lead to wrong conclusions. Topis of this thesis is a big issue, it is a self-concept with a focus on the formation of pupils in the school context. The theoretical part of this thesis provides chapter, where I define the self-concept. I present different versions of this construct understanding and a lack of uniformity and diversity of views.
