The thesis consists of the theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part is divided to three ranges - the artephiletic approach, the psychological interpretation of female fairy tale characters and the utilization of fairy tale figures in the art therapy and the artephiletic approach. The problem of female fairy tale characters is processed by qualitative research approach within the empirical part. The research was lead in two lines.
