Den här studiens syfte är att undersöka subjektiva upplevelser av mottagen vägledning hos ungdomar i nian till trean på gymnasiet. Studiens frågeställningar är: Hur upplever ungdomar mottagen vägledning samt hur upplever ungdomar mottagen vägledning ur ett likvärdighetsperspektiv. Studien bygger på tre gruppintervjuer där semistrukturerade intervjuer används. Det empiriska underlaget analyseras med hjälp av två teoretiska ramverk bestående av Antonovskys KASAM -teori samt System Theory Framework. Resultatet visar bland annat att ungdomarna anser att kommunikation påverkar relationen mellan ungdomar och studie- och yrkesvägledare vilket har konsekvenser för hur vägledning upplevs. Ungdomar vill känna delaktighet i sin vägledning och bli sedda som kompetenta. Känslan av tillhörighet med vägledaren beskrivs som viktig. Bristande engagemang från vägledaren upplevs av några ungdomar som rasism. Relevant information under vägledningssamtal påverkar upplevelsen av vägledning, en bristande kommunikation vid vägledning kan istället bidra till ökad oro. / The purpose of this study is to examine the subjective experiences on received guidance among adolescents in ninth grade to third year of high school. The research questions of the study are: How do adolescents experience received guidance, and how do they experience received guidance from an equity perspective? The study is based on three group interviews using semi-structured interviews. The empirical data is analyzed using two theoretical frameworks consisting of Antonovsky's KASAM theory and the System Theory Framework. The results show that the adolescents believe that communication influences the relationship between them and the career guidance counselors, which has implications for how guidance is perceived. Adolescents want to feel involved in their guidance and be seen as competent. The sense of belonging with the counselor is described as important. Some adolescents perceive a lack of engagement from the counselor as racism. Relevant information during guidance sessions affects the experience of guidance, while poor communication during guidance can contribute to increased anxiety.
