Previous issue date: 2016-06-30 / The study and research that integrate relapsed dissertation on working conditions
and wages of social workers in social assistance policy in Aparecida de Goiania,
municipality of the State of Goiás. The research developed integrates the line
Research Social Theory and Social Service - Master in Social Service PUC Goiás. In
this study we examine the duties of the social worker in these neoliberal times, the
re-articulation of capital and profound changes in the world of work and the
challenges and opportunities that professionals face in everyday life. Composes
dissertation systematization of collected on social work in social welfare policy in
Aparecida de Goiania, the metropolitan area of the capital of the state of Goias,
based on the literature and the objective and subjective conditions of work social
worker, its standardization, legitimation and tasks performed in the policy of social
assistance. In the reflections we seek to understand the historical process of societal
transformation, inquiring as problematic research what are the difficulties and
possibilities of professional practice in a context and labor casualization processes
and dismantling of social rights, in which social workers are inserted as workers (as)
employees (as). / O estudo e a pesquisa que compõem a presente dissertação investigaram as
condições de trabalho e salário de assistentes sociais na política de Assistência
Social em Aparecida de Goiânia, município do Estado de Goiás. A pesquisa
desenvolvida integra a linha de Pesquisa de Teoria Social e Serviço Social do
Mestrado em Serviço Social da PUC Goiás. No estudo, examinam-se as atribuições
do assistente social nesses tempos de neoliberalismo, de rearticulação do capital e
de mudanças profundas no mundo do trabalho e os desafios e as possibilidades que
os profissionais enfrentam no cotidiano. A dissertação apresenta a sistematização
dos dados coletados sobre o Serviço Social na política de assistência social em
Aparecida de Goiânia, município da região metropolitana da capital do Estado de
Goiás, com base na literatura e nas condições objetivas e subjetivas de trabalho do
assistente social, sua normatização, legitimação e as atribuições desempenhadas na
politica de assistência social. Nas reflexões, busca-se compreender o processo
histórico de transformações societárias, indagando sobre as dificuldades e
possibilidades do exercício profissional em contexto e processos de precarização do
trabalho e desmonte dos direitos sociais, nos quais os assistentes sociais estão
inseridos como trabalhadores (as) assalariados (as).
