Pretende-se com a investigação da problemática trazer a luz os diversos embates vividos por estes sujeitos na condução de seu trabalho profissional, a partir da mercantilização do ensino superior, atravessado pela fragilização das relações de trabalho, trazidas pela ideologia neoliberal dominante. A partir do processo de reestruturação produtiva do trabalho, e da descoberta da “utilidade” da educação para os ditames hegemônicos de controle social, a Formação Superior, e, no caso estudado, em Serviço Social, sofreu significativos impactos, que se estabeleceram na direção dos frágeis vínculos trabalhistas dos trabalhadores docentes, na vulnerabilização das relações humanas, e nas precárias condições estruturais para o trabalho. Na interpretação dessa realidade posta, lançou-se mão dos estudos de Gramsci e as concepções de Marx, além de autores que se baseiam na teoria social crítica, para dar significado a este conjunto de fenômenos. O trabalho utilizou a abordagem qualitativa, permitindo a coleta dos depoimentos através de questionário semiestruturado, com gravação das falas para melhor apreensão da realidade. Os sujeitos entrevistados, assistentes sociais docentes da Faculdade de Serviço Social de Passos / FASESP, representaram uma amostra significativa e reveladora da atual situação posta aos trabalhadores docentes na realidade do Ensino Superior Brasileiro, não somente privado, mas de uma forma geral, sucateado, aligeirado, fragilizado e conduzido... / The goal of this dissertation is to analyze the working conditions of social workers teachers, the College of Social Work Passos (FASESP/MG), in a context of latent instability of Higher Education, engendered by multiple changing world of work and its impact on the teaching quality. The aim is to research the issue to bring to light the various conflicts experienced by these individuals in conducting their professional work, from the commodification of higher education, traversed by the weakening of labor relations, brought about by the dominant neoliberal ideology. From the restructuring process of the work, and the discovery of usefulness of education to the dictates of hegemonic social control, Higher Education, and in the case studied in Social Work, suffered significant impacts, which were established in the direction the fragile bonds of labor teaching workers in increasing vulnerability of human relations, and in poor structural conditions for work. In interpreting this reality put, it employed the studies of Gramsci and the ideas of Marx, and authors that are based on critical social theory, to give meaning to this set of phenomena. The study used a qualitative approach, allowing the data collection through semi-structured questionnaire, and recorded the statements to better grasp of reality. The interviewees, social faculty of the College of Social Work Passos / FASESP represented a significant sample of the current situation and revealing teaching workers to put the reality of the Brazilian Higher Education, not only private but as a rule, scrapped, hastening Weakened and conducted solely for the mercantilists.
