Toma por base a teoria das Representações Sociais de Serge Moscovici (1961) e desenvolve pesquisa de campo com cinco sujeitos acolhidos pelo Abrigo Municipal Pâmela Silva do município de Paranaíba- MS. Fizeram parte da pesquisa os gestores do Abrigo e da escola municipal, os técnicos e os professores. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, com realização de entrevistas e utilização de análise de conteúdo no estudo dos resultados. Apesar de historicamente a evolução do acolhimento no Brasil ser visível, ainda há muito por se fazer na proteção da criança e no combate à revitimização / This paper studies the situation of children at social risk and personnel in residential care, with the Postgraduate Program in Social Work, the UNESP, Franca-SP. Is based on the theory of Social Representations of Serge Moscovici (1961) and develop field research with five subjects received by the Municipal Shelter Pamela Silva in the municipality of Paranaíba - MS. The present study managers Shelter and municipal school, technicians and teachers. It is a qualitative research with interviews and using content analysis in the study results. Although historically the evolution of host in Brazil is visible, there is still much to be done in child protection and the fight against revictimization
