El Personal de Enfermería utiliza diversos tipos de registros e informes para mantener una adecuada comunicación interdisciplinaria, en este conjunto se encuentra el Reporte de Enfermería como un tipo de informe donde se utiliza la comunicación verbal para la exposición de todos los acontecimientos sucedidos durante el turno con el paciente; debido a ello es importante que se realice un adecuado Reporte ya que permitirá la continuidad de los cuidados y una mejor atención, garantizando así una atención de calidad acorde a las necesidades del paciente. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la Opinión de las Enfermeras sobre las características y la utilidad de la Información que brinda el Reporte de Enfermería en los servicios de Medicina del Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión, es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo exploratorio, de corte transversal, su población estuvo conformada por 30 Enfermeras, la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento aplicado es una lista de chequeo, los resultados hallados en este estudio fueron: La Opinión que posee la Enfermera sobre las características y la Utilidad de la Información que brinda el Reporte de Enfermería, de un total de 30 (100%) Enfermeras, 13 (43%) tienen una Opinión Medianamente Favorable, 9 (30%) tienen una Opinión Favorable y finalmente 8 (27%) tienen una Opinión Desfavorable. Por lo que se concluye que la gran mayoría de la población de Enfermeras tiene una Opinión Medianamente Favorable respecto a las Características y a la Utilidad de la Información que brinda el Reporte de Enfermería. The present study had like objective to determine the Opinion of the Nurses according to the characteristics and the utility of the Information that Daniel Alcides Carrión offers Reporte of Infirmary in the services of Medicine of the National Hospital, is of aplicativo level, quantitative type, exploratory descriptive method, of cross section, its population was conformed by 30 Nurses, the technique was the survey and the applied instrument is a control list, the results found in this study were: The Opinion that the Nurse has on the characteristics and the Utility of the Information that Reporte of Infirmary offers, of a total of 30 (100%) Nurses, 13 (43%) have a Favorable Opinion Moderately, 9 (30%) have a Favorable Opinion and finally 8 (27%) have an Unfavorable Opinion. Reason why one concludes that the great majority of the population of Nurses Moderately has a Favorable Opinion with respect to the Characteristics and to the Utility of the Information that offers Reporte of Infirmary.
