El principal objetivo del presente documento es la presentación de la consultoría
realizada a la empresa Empeño Fácil, domiciliada en Querétaro, México. Empresa que es
líder en la prestación inmediata de servicios financieros y monetarios, dentro de los servicios
está el empeño, ventas de joyas y mercaderías general. Con base en las reuniones, apuntes y
análisis efectuadas en la información brindada por el comité directivo, se detectaron una
variedad de problemas en el contexto interno-externo aprovechando el análisis FODA y
análisis de causa-efecto, los cuales ayudaron a identificar problemas como la necesidad e
inexistencia de contar con sistemas contables, operativos automatizados y homogéneos para
toda la corporación. Además, permitió enfocarnos en las causas principales relativos a los
aspectos operativos y financieros como es la ausencia de reportes homogéneos y rápido
acceso a la información para una rápida toma de decisiones.
En este contexto, la mejor y más eficiente alternativa acorde a la ponderación más alta
de la matriz de decisión, sugiere la alternativa que implica modificar los sistemas contables y
operativos, al cambiar a PeopleSoft (Sistema Contable) tendría información directo a los
números de la corporación, la reportaría y los estados financieros serán uniformes y
confiables; al cambiar a POS2 (Sistema comercial) se tendrá soporte corporativo los 7 días de
la semana, los reportes operacionales serán uniformes y confiables.
Finalmente, se elaboró el análisis económico referente al ROI (Retorno de la
inversión), beneficios directos e indirectos relativos a la implementación de la solución de la
empresa, la inversión total es de USD 184.900. Esta implementación genera mayores
ingresos a 5 años dando como resultado un ROI de 250% lo que significa que recuperamos
íntegramente el valor de la inversión, generamos mayores beneficios y obtendremos tasa interna de retorno de 433% con un VAN a 5 años de USD 1,787,000 por lo que se
recomienda la ejecución del proceso. / The main objective of this document is the presentation of the consultancy made to
the company Empeño Fácil, based on Querétaro, México. The company is a leader in the
immediate provision of financial and monetary, the services it offers are pawnshop, jewelry
sales and general merchandise.
Based on the review and analysis carried out on the information provided by the
steering committee, various problems were identified in the internal and external context
using the SWOT analysis and cause-effect analysis, which allowed the identification of
problems such as the absence and need to have better accounting and operations systems,
automated and homogeneous scenarios for the entire corporation. Likewise, it allowed us to
focus on the main causes related to operational and financial aspects, such as the absence of
homogeneous reports and quick access to information for rapid decision-making.
In this context, the best and most efficient alternative according to the highest
weighting of the decision matrix, suggests the alternative that implies modifying the
accounting and operating systems by changing to PeopleSoft (Accounting System) it would
have direct information to the numbers of the corporation, financial reports will be consistent
and reliable; by changing to POS2 (Commercial System) it will have corporate support 7
days a week; the data of the commercial, operational reports will be consistent and reliable.
Finally, the economic analysis regarding ROI (Return on Investment), direct and
indirect benefits related to the implementation of the company's solution, the total investment
is USD 184,900.
This implementation generates higher income in 5 years, resulting in an ROI of 250%,
which means that we fully recover the value of the investment, we generate greater benefits, and we will obtain an internal rate of return of 433% with a 5-year NPV of USD 1,787,000
that is why is recommended to execute the process.
