El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad que la empresa CAMIONES & SERVICIOS S.A.C. logre establecer en primer término la asignación de costos en forma más racional en sus servicios para a partir de esta información tomar decisiones que creen valor para la organización y sobretodo brinde a la gerencia la oportunidad de acceder a un sistema integrado de gestión del negocio a través de las actividades que la componen. / The present research work has the purpose that the company CAMIONES & SERVICIOS S.A.C. To establish in the first term the allocation of costs in a more rational way in their services to make decisions that create value for the organization and, above all, give management the opportunity to access an integrated system of business management through of the activities that compose it.
