eated the International Criminal Court (ICC)was originally signed by the US but was later “unsigned” by Presid
ent Bush.This thesis analyzes the reasons behind the US opposition to this court anddetails the US policy in r
egards to this court. By analyzing the complaintsgiven by those who oppose the ICC and examining the exhaustiv
